The Corporate Booking Process
Corporate bookings usually start with a call to confirm your date, venue, and headcount. We coordinate delivery and setup times directly with your venue or convention center so equipment is in place before doors open.
Our crew handles delivery, setup, and teardown around your event schedule. You provide the site and access; we bring generators when power isn't close to where we're setting up.
What Vendor-Management Teams Require
- We provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue, convention center, or client as additional insured.
- W-9 forms and vendor registration paperwork are available for procurement and vendor-management teams.
- We accept purchase orders and offer net terms for approved corporate accounts, and we handle tax-exempt paperwork when it applies.
